Finding Justice (Paramount+) is a documentary series that examines systemic injustice in America through immersive documentary work with activists and communities, alongside experts, artists, and investigative reporting. Aaron developed and executive produced the series with Dwayne Johnson, Dany Garcia, dream hampton, and David Leepson, helping shape a six-part series that confronts power and the lived consequences of racial injustice. The work reflects an early foundation of his voice, where storytelling is rooted in ethics, human dignity, and cultural truth.

The Hatcher Family Dairy (National Geographic Wild) is a character-driven documentary series following a multigenerational farming family as they navigate their eighth-generation dairy farm and country veterinary practice, and each other. Aaron developed and executive-produced the series over multiple years, with extended time spent living, filming, and editing on the farm during production. Grounded in trust and immersion, the work captures the rhythms of daily life while exploring deeper themes of family, resilience, and connection to place.

Cesar Millan: Better Human Better Dog (National Geographic)
Cesar Millan: Better Human, Better Dog (Disney+ / National Geographic) is a global unscripted series exploring the relationship between humans and dogs, and what that dynamic reveals about human behavior, growth, and transformation. As executive producer, Aaron contributed across development and production, working with LBE Entertainment to launch the first of five transformative seasons. The series reflects his ability to operate at the highest levels of production while maintaining a focus on human behavior, emotional awareness, and lasting change.
